How we started and why we love what we do
It started with one food truck and a chickpea burger people queued round the block for. Today we cook everything from plants, every morning, in an open kitchen you can watch from your table.
Our vegetables come from three farms less than an hour away, our bread from the bakery across the street, and nothing on the menu ever saw a freezer.
